Euromoney Magazine Awards Ceremony

Pavel Tichý, the director of Wealth Office ČSOB Private Banking, took part in the Euromoney Magazine Awards Ceremony on Thursday 22 February 2018 for the best private banking in London.

The ceremony took place at the Landmark Hotel. The representatives of important banks from all evaluated countries and regions were invited.

We are very pleased to once again see the strength of the KBC financial group. In addition to ČSOB Private Banking, our colleagues from the private banking in Slovakia and Belgium also accepted awards.

ČSOB Private Banking has defended this prestigious international title for the fifth time, confirming its privileged position on the Czech market.

In addition to the overall first place in the Czech Republic, we succeeded in the following categories:

• The best services for Wealth Office clients
• The best services for very affluent clients
• The best asset management
• The best investment banking
• The best commercial banking

The Euromoney Magazine Competition is not evaluated by any special panel of judges. The ranking of the best private banks is defined by the participants of the survey themselves, given that it is not possible to nominate the bank you represent as the best. This means that it is not possible to vote for yourself. The overall result is then given by the sum of points in the individual sub-categories, while not evaluating the financial data.
