Scope of insurance Indemnity limits

UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS – financial loss as a result of:

  • Unauthorised use of a payment card if lost or stolen
  • Unauthorised online payments if the payment is confirmed via the Insured’s mobile device

ISSUANCE OF A NEW PAYMENT CARD – bank fee for:

  • Issuance of a new payment card if lost or stolen
  • Destruction of the payment card or as a result of a change of the cardholder’s name
  • Re-issue of the PIN code
  • Express issuance of a new payment card if lost or stolen
  • Issuance of a replacement payment card or replacement cash abroad in the event of its loss, theft or destruction
 service fee according to the Price List of the Bank

THEFT OF CASH BY ROBBERY

Theft of cash withdrawn from an ATM (from an account held with ČSOB for which a payment card is issued) by robbery within 24 hours after the withdrawal or by forcing to the withdrawal

INSTRUCTIONS IN THE CASE OF A LOSS/DAMAGE EVENT

  • Lost or stolen payment cards to be immediately deactivated:

    QR code

  • Please report the loss/damage event as soon as possible in person or by phone at any ČSOB branch (e.g. to your private banker or branch assistant)
